Ambayce Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love every purchase you make with us! If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, here’s how we make it simple:
• Condition: The product should be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
• EU Customers: You have up to 14 days from delivery to return the product, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
• International Customers: Enjoy 30 days from delivery to return your items, unless local regulations or vendor policies specify otherwise.
• Defects or Errors: If you encounter a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product from Ambayce brand products, we’re here to fix it for you.
For products purchased from different vendors, return conditions may vary, but we ensure that all vendors on our platform adhere to our high standards of service.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is easy:
• Reach out to our friendly customer service team at hello@ambayce.com within the return period (14 days for EU customers, 30 days for international customers).
• Share your order number and reason for the return.
• We’ll handle the rest! You’ll receive detailed instructions and the specific vendor’s return address.
3. Return Shipping
For Defective or Incorrect Items:
If there’s a problem with the product (damaged, defective, or not as ordered), we’ve got you covered—return shipping costs will be on us.
For Other Returns:
If you’re returning an item for a different reason (like a change of mind), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely. This helps us process your refund quickly and efficiently.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If everything is in order, your refund will be processed, and you’ll see a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note, refunds may be declined for products that are used or damaged.
Shipping costs (both the original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (like a defective or incorrect item).
